I’m Sarah Brown, founder of our family-run creative business, and I’m delighted to introduce both myself and my daughter Charlotte. Together, we produce a distinctive range of high-quality watercolour cards designed especially for individuals, pet owners, and veterinary practices. Each design begins as an original watercolour painting, created by me in our studio and reproduced onto premium textured card to preserve every hand-painted detail.
With more than sixteen years of experience working within the veterinary profession, I understand how deeply clients value thoughtful communication during difficult times—especially after the loss of a beloved pet. This insight, combined with my passion for painting, inspired the development of our unique collection of sympathy cards. Our designs offer an empathetic and memorable way for veterinary practices to support their clients while also enhancing their professional image.
Our business operates from a beautifully restored 17th-century barn overlooking the River Waveney on the Norfolk–Suffolk border in the UK. Surrounded by nature, and supported by a small but dedicated team, the setting provides constant inspiration for our artwork.
We offer an extensive selection of sympathy cards featuring cats, dogs, horses, small animals, and exotics, as well as seasonal Christmas designs and nature-inspired florals and trees. Our product range also includes memorial bags in various sizes, seed packets, seeded cards, remembrance inserts, paw prints, and curated card packs such as our popular Forget-Me-Not set.
