Mill Barn Cottages each sleeps 2 Adults and comprise the following:
• Lounge with dining area, kitchen, bathroom with bath. 1 king size Bed,
• Fitted kitchen area with full size electric cooker
• WI-FI, TV,& Radio
• Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Pots, Pans, Cutlery, Plates, Cups, etc
• Starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk.
• Bed Linen, Duvets & Pillows Towels, Tea Towels & J cloth Toilet & Kitchen Roll Provided, also wrapped soap bath & shampoo.
• The properties are all at ground floor level with ample parking off road parking to the rear of the cottages.
The cottages are on the edge of the village of Middleton and are within easy level walking distance of The Bell Pub, which serves meals. RSPB Minsmere & Dunwich beach, which is open all year round to dogs, is approximately 3 miles distance. Southwold and Aldeburgh are close by. The next village of Westleton has a very useful shop with post office and The Snug a delightful tea room. There is also a garage.

FOR THE DOG. Two fully enclosed dog exercise areas with seating overlooking the countyside beyond. If legally required dogs should always wear a muzzle when outside of the cottage except in the designated area for each cottageand they must always be on leads between cottage and garden area and if walking in the village. Doggy poo bags go in the grey bin or in doggy bins around the village, we would request all doggy poo is cleared up please
