We at Trengilly Wartha Inn are a traditional, pet friendly, family run inn located in a beautiful, sheltered valley close to the Helford River in Falmouth. We are ideally situated for you to enjoy and explore the very best Cornwall has to offer. There are footpaths galore and lovely stretches of coastline all within a few miles of our site. We are also only a 15 minute drive away from the picturesque harbour town of Falmouth and the market town of Helston. Although, if you wish to relax in a spot of peace and tranquillity closer to home, then you can sit back and relax in our expansive gardens on site.
We combine excellent wholesome food with a comfortable inn, a friendly inviting bar and great events. So no matter if you are visiting us for our a nice meal made with the best locally sourced ingredients or for our weekly quiz night, a spot of live music out on our sunny garden terrace, or for a relaxing break away, you are guaranteed good memories from your time here with us! We have made our bar and inn the friendliest in the area with regular events, a fantastic range of real ales, a truly comprehensive wine list and around 60 different whiskies. Even though we have recently refurbished to freshen up our space, our inn has retained most of its traditional features and cosy feel.
Owners Will and Lisa, and their two children and dogs first transformed the inn over 14 years ago into a friendly, family retreat by combining the award-winning Trengilly bistro and popular local pub with a simple yet elegant Bed and Breakfast accommodation – and all of this is set amongst the Trengilly’s wonderful gardens. Why go anywhere else! We have 7 lovely rooms available as well as one self-catering apartment with 2 bedrooms, and 2 luxury Safari Tents nestled in our tranquil gardens – we really are the perfect country escape!
