We opened in April 2001 with two kennels to help out a local organisation, because they had nowhere to place a dog with attitude. From that moment on we started to grow, funded entirely by our own finances and a lot of hard work, my husband and I built another six kennels, we have now 36 all with lighting and heating for the winter months.We recently became a registered charity in our own right, number 1116170, we are very proud of the rescue and the facilities provided but we could not have managed without the help of a very dedicated handful of volunteers.Our ever expanding rescue now provides care for dogs / cats / birds / hens / ducks / geese / birds of prey and ponies. If we can't provide a space for a pet we know a man who can, so call on us.

Our aims are to:- Aid dogs and other animals in distress through injury or any other cause, and to arrange veterinary treatment where necessary – Find good and suitable new homes for dogs in our care or that come to our attention – Provide assistance to members of the public by means of information, education or in any way whatsoever that will enable them to directly aid animals needing treatment or help.

Labrador Lifeline Trust, registered charity 1076061 rescue and rehomes unwanted, ill-treated or abandoned Labradors. We cover the areas of Surrey, Berks, Beds, Hants, East Dorset, Bucks, Notts, Herts. We know and understand the breed and can help with advice if necessary. We are always looking for good homes and also foster homes. We have a sponsorship package available for long term foster Labradors in our care.
