Normally we would look for a type of cream to form a barrier on a cut, but facts show that a heavy thick cream can slow down the healing process on two levels – It can hold dirt around the affected wound, plus it can prevent infection from getting out! Botanica’s wash on the other hand, cleanses the area first and helps to remove any dirt or scabbing which may have formed. This part of the process is absolutely vital to keep the affected area open and draining, to allow any infection that may be present to drain away. After the application of our wash, one of our Herbal Creams would follow, which would be readily absorbed into the skin. This will activate the healthy cells and the powerful combination of the herbal and the soothing properties of the natural oils within the cream will get to work on a swift, complete recovery. Using our daily washings and creams will in turn reduce the affected area whilst continuing to liberate any infection that may have formed.
